Possible causes of failure of the exposure hand switch
The exposure hand brake switch is mainly used to control the exposure of various X-ray machines for film, and the manual switch is used to control the exposure of static images. In many cases, the X-ray machine suddenly fails to expose, which may be caused by the failure of the hand brake switch. We have summarized many reasons for the failure of the hand brake switch.
First, long-term use of the hand brake switch will cause contact oxidation and poor contact. When the hand brake switch is in the gear or the second gear, one of the gear switches will not rotate. Secondly, the shaft breaks at the manual switch. At the base of the hand brake switch, long-term pulling at the base will cause the wire at the base to break, so that the second gear remains closed. Since all the wires on the hand brake switch are thin copper wires with fine wire diameters, the wires of the hand brake switch will burn when the current is too high. In order to avoid wasting too much time, the timely treatment of patients is delayed. As long as we carefully study and analyze the working principle of the fault, we can solve some faults by ourselves. If it cannot be repaired, we can only buy a new one to replace it.
Our company’s hand brake switch adopts a double micro-motion double knob design, and the switch assembly adopts OMRON micro-motion switch, which will have a longer service life and higher sensitivity. The hand switch is divided into wired and wireless manual switches to meet your different needs.
